朋友推荐了一篇新文献，发表于2018的nature，文章是：The protein histidine phosphatase LHPP is a tumour suppressor 阐述了一个新的抑癌基因的发现及功能。
是 通过对Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) 研究发现的，很奇怪，都这个年代了，还能有新的抑癌基因出现，简单的在pubmed数据库搜索了一下，的确相关文章好少。

中国人群的乳腺癌研究
2018年在 Nature Communications 杂志上在线发表了题为“Characterization of PIK3CA and PIK3R1 somatic mutations in Chinese breast cancer patients”的研究论文。首次揭示了中国乳腺癌人群中PI3K/AKT信号的通路突变谱系特征.
磷酸肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)途径的失调有助于肿瘤的发展和进展。研究者确定PIK3CA(44%)，PIK3R1(17%)，AKT3(15%)和PTEN(12%)中的体细胞突变在中国乳腺癌患者中普遍且多样化，并鉴定出60个新突变。**高比例的肿瘤含有多个突变，特别是PIK3CA加PIK3R1突变(9.0%)。

在运行picard的时候，总是报错，如下；

从字面上很难理解， 我查看了一些，最新版的hg38基因组里面的10号染色体长度是133797422 ，那么为什么我的bed文件里面会超出呢？
