首先必须要有文章发表于年份,杂志以及标题这样的开头

然后是摘要

使用哪种单细胞转录组技术,测下多少个样品,多少个细胞
重点发现是什么(细胞亚群,还是特殊通路)

正文5个重点

首先是样品,建库测序,RNA-seq上游分析概况

然后是质量控制情况,最后的表达矩阵是多少个基因多少个细胞

接着介绍作者是如何挑选重要的基因和降维

降维后的聚类以及对每个类的注释

类的下游分析(差异分析或者实验验证等)

最后总结一下

这个研究的发现了什么,意义是什么,点出它的特色。
